Judnich Law Firm has offices in both Missoula and Bozeman, Montana. Our original office was in Missoula, but we were getting so many clients throughout Montana that we decided to set up an additional shop in Bozeman as well.

Reed is a local Missoulian and graduate of the University of Montana School of Law.
Reed graduated with honors from the University of Montana in 1999 with a double major in Anthropology and Psychology. After a short stint working with the family business, a local non-profit, and some postbaccalaureate education he decided to pursue a law degree.
Reed enjoys the outdoors and can often be found on rivers and trails with his family.
He has practiced extensively in Montana criminal defense for over 17 years and has defended clients in nearly every type of criminal prosecution.
Reed has put this experience to use as a Missoula Personal Injury Lawyer representing clients involved in complex Montana auto injury claims. About Me:
Mike is a born and raised Montanan, growing up a Bruin in the west side of Helena before transitioning into Griz country for college and law school. One of many attorneys in his family, Mike has been successfully helping his fellow Montanans since 2016 primarily in the areas of criminal defense, insurance defense, personal injury, family, and employment law. This experience allows him to expertly navigate the often-complex avenues of litigation on behalf of his clients so that they can be assured of obtaining the most favorable result possible. Mike's belief is that successful advocacy for his clients begins on day one, by building strong relationships based on trust and honest communication that last throughout the legal process.
In his free time, Mike loves to take advantage of the many benefits of living in Montana, including fishing, camping, hiking, water sports and skiing, or anything that allows him to spend quality time with his family and dogs.
Brandi is a born and raised Montanan, originally from eastern Montana and relocated to Polson, Montana where she graduated high school. In 2001, she relocated to Missoula, Montana, and graduated from the University of Montana. She majored in International Business and Business Management and minored in Marketing. Brandi became a paralegal through the State Bar of Montana and has over two decades of legal experience. She specializes in family law, child support calculations, and misdemeanor criminal expungements.
Outside of work, Brandi is passionate about fly fishing, rafting, hiking, going on side-by-side rides, and camping.
With a passion for reading and extensive travel experiences, Kerry has spent nearly twenty-five years in the Electric Utility Industry, primarily based in Seattle. During her career, she was responsible for reviewing contractual terms and conditions for various projects, which sparked her interest in law. This interest led her to join Judnich Law Office, where she now serves as the main point of contact for most clients at the Missoula office.
Kerry is the Chair of the AREVA Technical Committee, the AREVA Representative to the IEEE - PES, and the AREVA Chair to the University of Washington Technical Committee.

About Me:
Carrie has extensive experience practicing criminal law. In 2017, she was awarded the Excellence in Criminal Advocacy Award for her achievements in the field as a newer attorney. Since then, she has represented individuals in nearly every type of criminal case, including dozens of appeals to the Montana Supreme Court. Carrie expanded her practice to include family law because she thrives when helping people during their toughest time. She believes the key to successful outcomes is listening to the client and knowing the details of the case.
When not practicing law, Carrie loves hiking in the mountains. She has hiked the Continental Divide Trail through the Bob Marshall Wilderness and Glacier National Park. She also loves traveling internationally and has visited 33 countries.

Eric has been practicing criminal defense in Montana since 2019. Prior to that, he practiced bankruptcy and family law in Denver, Colorado. Eric’s practice focuses primarily on criminal defense and family law. With specialized DUI training, Eric can diagnose and attack key areas in a DUI criminal defense case early on to obtain the best results for his clients, both in and out of the Courtroom. Eric brings his enthusiasm and competitive nature from prior athletics into his representation for his clients.

About Me:
I grew up primarily in Bloomington, Indiana developing an obsession with college basketball. My mom's family has been in Montana for 4 generations, and I joined them here in 2007. I began my legal career in 2015 in a small Livingston firm, practicing in general civil litigation and criminal defense. I moved to Helena in 2017 to join the Office of the State Public Defender, where I gained valuable trial and courtroom experience. In 2019, I began a solo firm focused on criminal defense. In 2022, I joined the Federal Defenders of Montana as a court-appointed attorney in Montana’s federal courts. I joined Judnich Law in 2024, and have diversified my practice to include family law. I have thoroughly enjoyed representing clients in custody disputes, divorces, and adoptions. In my free time, I like to roam Montana’s ski hills, rivers, and public lands with my goldendoodle Beans, thinking about how to get my clients the best possible outcomes for their cases.

Olivia grew up in Palatine, Illinois and lived there until moving to Montana for college in 2020. At Montana State University, she completed degrees in Criminology and Photography, graduating in May of 2024.
Since graduation, Olivia has worked 2 legal assistant positions and realized her passion for working in the legal field, leading her to Judnich Law Office. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring National Parks, mountain drives, attending concerts and spending time with her cats.
Bo brings over a decade of experience from the healthcare industry, having held roles as Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Chief Executive Officer for a leading outpatient physical and occupational therapy organization in Montana.
Bo holds a doctoral degree in physical therapy, a master’s degree in business administration, and is passionate about building high performing teams, thriving cultures, and fine-tuning business process to promote quality and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and taking advantage of all that SW MT has to offer.
